I'm Carey Webb, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a counselling room on London Road in Leigh-on-Sea, just east of Hadleigh and Benfleet. I see clients from Benfleet and the surrounding area in person, and from across the UK online and by phone.
My approach is warm, non-judgemental and shaped around you. I work in a person-centred and solution-focused way, so we can explore what's going on and also think about practical next steps when that helps.

Getting to my counselling room from Benfleet
My counselling room is at 1212a London Road in Leigh-on-Sea, a short trip east of Benfleet through Hadleigh. The entrance is at the top of Percy Road.

By Train
Take the c2c from Benfleet to Leigh-on-Sea, just one stop east. From Leigh station it's about a 19-minute walk (0.8 miles) to the room.
By Car
Head towards Hadleigh and continue east along London Road (A13) into Leigh. There's no dedicated parking, but on-street parking is available on the roads nearby. It can be busy at school drop-off and pick-up times.
By Bus
The number 1 runs from South Benfleet through Hadleigh and along London Road to the West Leigh Schools stop, about 300 metres from the room. The 28 also stops there.
Finding the entrance
The entrance is at the top of Percy Road. Press the buzzer for your room. I'll confirm your room number when I confirm your session. There's no waiting area, so please arrive at your session time
Access
The room is on the first floor, up a flight of stairs, with no lift or stairlift. If stairs are difficult for you, online or telephone sessions are available.
Counselling sessions and fees
Sessions usually take place weekly, at the same time each week, and we review how things are going together every 12 weeks. Choose the type of session that suits you:
